  Step 1:  Locating Shapes

Open a Report
If you're looking for simple geometric shapes, you don't need to open the Art Gallery to find them. PrintMaster has a separate database for shapes. To open it, first click the Shapes button. It's at the bottom of the left hand toolbar and has pictures of a star, an arrow and a heart on it. Click the button to open Shapes.
  Step 2:  Accessing More Shapes

Open a Report
PrintMaster opens a small window with a selection of the available shapes. You can click one of these shapes to select it, or access the entire database of shapes by clicking on More.
  Step 3:  Selecting a Shape

Open a Report
Scroll down through the different shapes to select the one you want. Once you've found it, click it to select it. The Add a New Shape window will close.
  Step 4:  Positioning the Shape

Open a Report
Your cursor will have turned into a hairline-thick cross. Position this cross over the area you want the shape to be, and then click the page. The shape will appear. It can now be moved around the page and altered like any other image.
