  Step 1:  Select a Block Arrow

Open a Report
Click the AutoShapes tool and choose Block Arrows, then select an arrow shape that goes in the direction you want it to.
  Step 2:  Draw the Arrow

Open a Report
On the map, drag the shape of the arrow you want.
  Step 3:  Format the Arrow

Open a Report
With the arrow shape selected, use the Fill Color feature on the Drawing toolbar to add a fill color to the arrow.
  Step 4:  Add More Arrows

Open a Report
Repeat the previous steps to add as many directional arrow shapes as you need to direct the reader to the destination point on the map.
  Step 5:  Save and Print

Open a Report
When finished adding map elements, you can save and print the map. Click the Save button to save the file; click the Print button to print the map.
