  Step 1:  Select Brand New

Open a Report
To create a web page entirely from scratch, open the Premier Hub and click on Brand New.
  Step 2:  Select Web Page

Open a Report
From the New Project window select Web page and click Next.

Open a Report
Now you have to determine the page size of your web page. Standard setting and Wide setting are preset. If you choose Custom settings you must enter the height and width of the page into the boxes provided. Click Finish when you're done.
  Step 4:  The Blank Page

Open a Report
The blank web page now appears on your project page. Images and text can be added as they would to any other page.
