  Step 1:  Print and Preview Icons

Open a Report
The Print and the Print Preview Icon are grouped together on the toolbar. The Print icon is shaped like a printer. The Preview icon is a sheet of paper with a magnifying glass. By previewing the Activity log before you print it, you get an exact idea of what the final product will look like as well as the number of pages you will be printing. You also have the option of omitting fields from the print job.
  Step 2:  Select Page to Print

Open a Report
Open the Activity log you want to print.
  Step 3:  Preview the Print

Open a Report
Click on the "Print Preview" icon to view what the page will look like prior to printing.
  Step 4:  Choose Print Fields

Open a Report
Choose the fields you wish to print from the list that Cyber Snoop displays. You can remove fields by clicking on the check mark next to the field name.
  Step 5:  Preview the Page

Open a Report
The page you are printing will appear in a large window, exactly as it will look when you print it. If you want to make changes to the Activity screen displays before you print, close the Preview screen and make the changes.
  Step 6:  Print the Page

Open a Report
When you are satisfied with the way your page will print, click the print icon to send the document to the printer.
