  Step 1:  No Tape In Drive

Open a Report
Sometimes the backup software will return an error of No Tape In Drive.
  Step 2:  Verify the Tape

Open a Report
Verify that there is a tape in the drive. Remove it and then reinsert it if there is.
  Step 3:  Retry

Open a Report
Try again.
  Step 4:  Contact Manufacturer

Open a Report
If the error persists, contact the drive manufacturer for further information.
