Click the Misc. tab. Enter a numeric value in the Fountain Steps box. A lower number of steps help your document print faster.   Step 2:  Bitmapping as CMYK Click File, Print. Click the General tab. Choose a PostScript printer from the Name list box. (If one is already chosen you do not have to choose from the Name list). Click the Misc. tab. Choose CMYK from the Output Color Bitmaps As list box.   Step 3:  Bitmapping as RGB Click File, Print. Click the General tab. Choose a PostScript printer from the Name list box. (If one is already chosen you do not have to choose from the Name list). Click the Misc. tab. Choose RGB from the Output Color Bitmaps As list box.   Step 4:  Bitmapping as Grayscale Click File, Print. Click the General tab. Choose a PostScript printer from the Name list box. (If one is already chosen you do not have to choose from the Name list). Click the Misc. tab. Choose Grayscale from the Output Color Bitmaps As list box.
