  Step 1:  Save the File

Open a Report
To save the table as a Web page, first open the Save menu and choose Save As Web Page.
  Step 2:  Give the File a Name

Open a Report
Give the file a unique name, then click Save.
  Step 3:  Test the Page

Open a Report
To see how your table looks as a Web page, open the File menu and choose Web Page Preview.
  Step 4:  View the Page

Open a Report
Your Web browser window opens automatically and displays the table. After viewing the table, close the browser window to return to Excel. You can edit the table some more, just remember to save your work.
