  Step 1:  Launching the Program

Open a Report
Open "Start," "Programs" then "Studio PCTV USB." Move your mouse to that group, and the menu will open further. Select PCTV Vision. Ensure that the supplied USB cable is connected to the Pinnacle hardware as well as the USB port on your computer. If you also require audio, connect the supplied audio cable from the Pinnacle hardware to the "line in" jack on your computer's sound card.
Step 2:  Set Up Tuner Channels

The first time you launch PCTV Vision, it will offer to scan the incoming antenna/cable signals and store all your channels. This may take several moments, but will result in a list of all available channels in your area or on your cable system. Once finished, you may use the "previous channel" and "next channel" arrows to select the channel you want to watch. You can modify channels at any time by right clicking on the TV screen, then selecting "settings" and "channels" and changing the settings.
Step 3:  Change PCTV Vision's Look

Clicking the "P" logo in the upper left hand corner opens the configuration menu. Selecting "Show frame and buttons" toggles between a plain screen with video, and one with all controls showing. When just the screen is visible, right clicking on it brings up the menu. Selecting "Skins" allows you to cycle between several different available looks for the application. Clicking on "Next skin" repeatedly will cycle through all the available looks.
Step 4:  Keep PCTV Vision on Top

Opening up other applications in Windows can cover the PCTV Vision screen. By clicking "Always on top" in the menu, you ensure that the screen remains the topmost window regardless of what other applications are opened.
