Step 1:  Controlling How Text Wraps

Open a Report
To add a table that controls how text wraps, click to place your cursor before your second line of text, then double click on the Table icon in the Basic Tab of the palette.
  Step 2:  Click & Drag

Open a Report
An alternative method for inserting tables is to click and drag the table icon onto the work area, releasing the mouse where you want the table to be inserted.
  Step 3:  Table Inspector

Open a Report
Next, in the Table Inspector we are going to set the number of rows and columns as well as adjust the width of our table, border and cell pad. For this step enter 1 for row and 1 for column, 580 for width, 0 for border and 25 for cell pad. Remember to press enter after each numeric entry.
Step 4:  Text in a Table

Open a Report
Highlight all the text in your second line of text, then click and drag the text into the table. Your mouse will become a hand. When over the table, release and your text will be placed in the table. Placing text in a table is essentially like setting page margins in print documents.
