  Step 1:  Open View Manager

Open a Report
Click Tools, View Manager. The view manager lets you change the view of a drawing.
  Step 2:  Save a View

Open a Report
Click Tools, View Manager. Use the Zoom tools on the View Manager to achieve the view you want. Click the Add Current View button (button with the plus sign). To give the view a non-default name, click the default name and enter the name you want to use.
  Step 3:  Switch Views

Open a Report
Click Tools, View Manager. Choose the view from the View Manager. Click the button with the black right arrow and click Switch to View.
  Step 4:  Delete a Saved View

Open a Report
Click Tools, View Manager. Click the view you want to delete, now click the Delete Current View button (button with the minus sign).
