  Step 1:  Select a Cell

Open a Report
To select a cell say "go to cell" followed by the coordinates. For example, "go to cell A2", or "go to cell D12".
  Step 2:  Insert Information

Open a Report
Once you are in the desired cell, start dictating information. For example, to insert 7.899 you would dictate "numeral seven dot eight hundred and ninety-nine."
Step 3:  Move From Cell to Cell

To move from cell A2 to A3 you would say "go to cell A3", or "down one". To move to others cells say "down one", "up three", right two", "left one", and so on.
Step 4:  Move From Row to Row

Open a Report
To move from cell A2 to A3 you would say "down one". To move from row to row you can either say the cell name "go to cell E2", or give directives such as "previous row", "over two", and "right thirteen".
Step 5:  Move From Column to Column

Open a Report
To move from cell A2 to D2 you would say "right three". As with cells and rows, you can move from column to column by saying, "up", "down", "left", or "right" followed by a number. You can also say "next column", or "previous column".
