Q: How does the BigFix solution alert me when a problem is discovered?

A: The BigFix system reads special messages, called Fixlet® messages, in which technical support experts have described known issues that might affect your computer. Each Fixlet message describes a particular problem and contains an easy fix for it. When the BigFix solution detects that a certain message is relevant to your computer, it displays the Fixlet message on your screen in a browser-like window. The message goes away as soon as the problem is fixed.
