Reset Internet Explorer Settings

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. In the Internet Explorer window, click the Tools pull down menu in the upper right, and then click Internet Options.

  3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

  4. On the Advanced tab, click Reset.

  5. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.

  6. The settings are reset.

  7. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Close.

  8. In the Internet Explorer dialog box, click OK.

  9. In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.

  10. Close and then reopen Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
