Sound Playback and Recording Options

The Sound dialog box allows you to view and modify the sound playback and recording settings.

Use the following steps to open the Sound dialog box:

  1. From the Windows Vista default Start menu, click Control Panel.

  2. In Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound.

  3. In Control Panel, click Sound. The sound dialog box opens.
