Ink Sometimes Disappears When I Am Writing in Input Panel

The new tolerant scratch-out gesture may be interfering with your writing if you notice that some ink occasionally disappears from the writing pad or the character pad. This is especially likely to occur if you use a long pen stroke to cross a T, or write in a style that has lots of loops.

To turn off the tolerant scratch-out gestures, in Input Panel, tap Tools, and then tap Options. Tap the Gestures tab, and then select either Only the Z-Shaped scratch-out gesture that was available in Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition or No scratch-out or strikethrough gestures.
