Security Center Interface with Firewall Off, Automatic Updates Off, and Virus Protection Not Detected

When the Firewall or Automatic Updates are off, or Virus Protection is not found or has an unknown status, they have a red status.

Note: Norton AntiVirus and Norton Internet Security version 2004 or earlier may indicate that the Virus Protection status is unknown. This is resolved by downloading the latest updates for Norton AntiVirus and Norton Internet Security.
