Q: I cannot find the COA number to use when ordering my Windows Express Upgrade on the Moduslink Web site.

A: On a desktop computer, the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is located on the back of the computer. On a notebook computer, the COA is usually located on the bottom of the computer.

Note: COA information is not located on the serial number label. The COA ID is the number needed for the registration process. The COA ID is the smaller number, with no alpha characters.
