What are the steps to view videos?

To view videos, use the following steps.

  1. Press the Windows Media Center Start button on the Media Center remote control.

  2. Select My Videos.

  3. In the right pane, select a video file, and then press OK or PLAY on the remote control.

  4. The following buttons on the remote can control a video that is currently playing:

    • PAUSE - Used to pause the video.
    • PAUSE or PLAY - Used to resume a paused video.
    • FF - Used to fast forward through the video.
    • RW - Used to rewind the video.
    • SKIP - Used to skip forward 29 seconds in the video.
    • REPLAY - Used to skip back 7 seconds in the video.
    • MORE INFO - Used to display information about the video.

      Note: Not all video formats support fast forward and rewind.

  5. When a video is finished playing, Media Player prompts you to specify whether you want to play the video again. To replay the video, select Restart. To go back to the listing of videos, select Done. To delete the video, select Delete.
