How do I tell if there are any errors in recording programs?

To display the list of programs that could not be recorded for a particular reason, or were cancelled or deleted, follow these steps.

  1. Press the Windows Media Center Start button on the Media Center remote control.

  2. Select MY TV.

  3. Select Recorded TV.

  4. Select Scheduled.

  5. Select History.

Media Center lists all programs that were recorded or for which recording was attempted. Media Center displays the status for each of the listed programs.
