Q: If I install a different operating system on my computer, where can I find the drivers?

A: Gateway® supports the operating system and drivers that were originally sold with the computer. Gateway does not support or provide drivers compatible with other operating systems you may install. You may or may not be able to locate drivers compatible with other operating systems on individual vendor websites (Realtek, Intel, ATI, NVIDIA, Creative, etc).

Note: The only time a different operating system and drivers may be supported is in the event that a new operating system launch is approaching and an upgrade option is offered when the computer is purchased.
