Q: How do I replace a redundant power module?A:
- Determine which power module has failed. The light-emitting diode (LED) on the module turns off when the module fails.
- Loosen the thumbscrew that secures the module to the rear panel of the chassis.
- Press the locking tab toward the center of the module and carefully slide the module from the power supply.
- Slide the new power module into the power supply housing, verifying that the connector is firmly seated.
- Tighten the thumbscrew to secure to new module into position.
