Unable to Install Windows 2000 Intel PROSet2 Utility from Server Companion CD 2.8

ISSUE: When attempting to install the Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Intel® NIC 82544 PROSet2 Utility from Server Companion CD (SCCD) version 2.8, the installation fails with the following error message.

Intel(R) PROSet II
NMSINST.DLL not found in the Media

RESOLUTION: Download the PROSet2 Utility from the Gateway Web site, file name 7511798.exe.
