The Amber ECC (System Fault) LED Is Always Very Dimly Illuminated on 930 Series Server

ISSUE: The amber System Fault LED on the 930 server is lit very dimly when the server is turned on and stays that way until the computer is turned off. This does not happen with any of the other LEDs on the computer. All other LEDs are fully illuminated or not illuminated at all.

RESOLUTION: This is the normal behavior of this particular LED. If a computer encounters an actual DMI error, such as chassis intrusion detection or voltage out of range, the LED fully illuminates.
