84xx, 7210, or 7250R Server Starts to No Video or the Keyboard LEDs are Flashing

ISSUE: When the server is turned on or reset, there is no video and all three of the keyboard LEDs (Num Lock, Caps Lock, and Scroll Lock) blink rythmically and in unison. If video is displayed (generally, in the event of an actual POST error), you may see the following text displayed on the screen "ATTENTION: SECURE MODE IS ACTIVE! ENTER USER PASSWORD TO UNLOCK SYSTEM." This percieved issue may also occur if a computer is allowed to sit idle for a specific amount of time.

RESOLUTION: In the BIOS Setup utility, under Security, disable the Inactivity Timer and Secure Mode Boot options.

Note: The password can also be cleared on this screen, if the previously entered password is known.
