Intel Create and Share Software Unable to Make Video Calls over Telephone Lines

ISSUE: While using the Intel Create and Share software, you are able to make video calls through the Internet. However, when using the Intel Create and Share software to make a video call over regular telephone lines, it does not work.

RESOLUTION: If you wish to make video calls over regular telephone lines, woul will need to purchase a modem that supports the V.80 protocol and the H.324 standard.
