Changing to Extended Desktop May Intermittently Not Work in Display Properties

ISSUE: When using Display Properties to select "Extend my windows desktop on this monitor", the changes may intermittently not take effect. Additionally, the Intel® Extreme Graphics tab in the Advanced Display Properties window may disappear.

This issue has been known to occur on the M350WVN.

RESOLUTION: In the system tray, use the Intel Extreme Graphics icon to set up an external monitor. If this does not resolve the issue, download and install the latest video drivers.
