Receiving General Write Failures on Floppy Disk Drive when Attempting to Extract Drivers from the Server Companion CD

ISSUE: When the server is started with the Server Companion CD in the CD-ROM drive, the Miscellaneous option (3) is selected, and a driver is chosen for extraction, you are prompted to extract the driver. If you choose to continue, it defaults to a:\. If you leave it at the default path of a:\, the following error is encountered:

"General Failure writing drive A:
Abort, Retry, Fail"

RESOLUTION: When prompted to extract the drivers, change the default path to b:\.
