ISSUE: The instructions for launching the Recovery process direct you to press ALT+F10 during startup, but the computer just continues to start Windows when using keyboard KB-0817 because there is no dedicated F10 key.

RESOLUTION: To use F9 - F12 as Function keys, you must first press the FN key and then press the desired F-key. The FN key is the second key to the right of the spacebar.
To launch the Recovery process during startup, you must press ALT+FN+F10.
