ISSUE: The option to reload the Gateway® desktop using the F8 menu (during startup) is not supported on newer Gateway® computers. If the Repair your computer option is selected, the unit may exhibit a blue screen 0x0000007b error.

RESOLUTION: If a blue screen error message occurs after selecting Repair your computer, the computer likely has the new recovery management solution. Restart the computer and use one of the following two methods to reload the computer back to the factory installation.
