Blu-ray Movies and EzTune Blacking Out with an ATI Video Card

ISSUE: When the computer is connected to a monitor that supports 1680 × 1050 or greater and has EzTune and an ATI video card installed, video may black out and not display the movie during playback. The video usually blacks out a short time after the movie starts. If EzTune is uninstalled or you exit the program the issue does not occur.

If you eject the disc after getting the black screen the following error sometimes appears: "Failed to detect graphics connector type – (Error Code = 0104) Possible reasons are: 1) Check your display connector, make sure it is well connected to the monitor. 2) Please make sure your system meets minimum system requirement criteria."
