BigFix Product Registration For New Product Not Working

ISSUE: Bigfix has a fixlet to register your new computer. The link inside the fixlet opens up the Gateway Registration page. The How to Find Serial Number, Product Type, and Model Number fields are not functioning. You may also receive JavaScript error messages.
