CD/DVD Drive Does Not Lock Securely Into Place

ISSUE: On the Gateway E-2610N desktop computer, the optical drive retention clip does not lock into the drive correctly.

RESOLUTION: Please ensure that the drive is aligned correctly and that the locking mechanism is fully engaged.
