Unable to Install a Locking Screw in the Back of the E-2500, E-4500 3 Bay Case Affected Products: E-Series Computers Affected Operating Systems: Not OS DependentISSUE: You are unable to install a locking screw in the back of the Gateway E-2500 or E-4500 3 bay case. There is not a threaded slot on the back case. RESOLUTION: Utilize the Kensington™ lock slot on the back of the computer to lock the case. |
