ISSUE: The Gateway M275 notebook mouse/touchpad and keyboard lock up intermittently when using a Verizon PCMCIA cell card. The computer itself does not lock up; only the mouse/touchpad and keyboard stop responding.

RESOLUTION: Install BIOS version 48.04.01 or later to resolve this issue. BIOS version 48.04.01 is filename 480401.exe, and can be downloaded from the Gateway Web site.
