Brief Pause When Playing an Audio Clip Gateway M460 and M360 Notebooks

ISSUE: On Gateway M460 and M360 notebook computers, if you adjust the brightness or volume by using the function keys while an audio clip is playing, there is a brief pause that coincides with the on-screen pop-up icon being updated. For example, if audio is playing and you adjust the brightness one notch, when the on-screen icon's bars go up by one, the sound pauses during the update.

RESOLUTION: Use the software volume controls for the media player you are using.
