File Not Found Error Message When Installing Adaptec Storage Manager From SCCD

ISSUE: When installing the Adaptec Storage Manager-Browser Edition on a Gateway 9115 or 9210 server from the Server Companion CD (SCCD), the installation may fail with the following error message:

“Error 1311. Source file not found: [path to setup files]\Data1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.”

This error occurs when running setup from the extracted contents of the file [CDROM Drive]:\DRIVERS\91159210\Accell\9526272.exe.

RESOLUTION: In the Run dialog box, type: D:\drivers\91159210\accell\setup.exe (where D is the drive letter of the CD-ROM drive), and then press the ENTER key.
