BIOS Appears to Enable HyperThreading on a Celeron Processor in a 9115 or 9210 Server Affected Products: Servers Affected Operating Systems: Not OS DependentISSUE: When the motherboard in a 9115 or 9210 server is populated with a Celeron processor, an option in the BIOS Setup Utility appears to enable HyperThreading for this processor. However, Celeron processors do not have HyperThreading capability. RESOLUTION: Update to the latest BIOS available on the Gateway Web site. |
