450RGH Notebook Battery Appears Not to Charge Completely After Updating to BIOS 50.00.44 Affected Products: Notebook Computers Affected Operating Systems: Not OS DependentISSUE: After updating the BIOS on the Gateway® 450RGH notebook, the battery appears not to charge to 100%. If you check the status of Battery Level on top left hand corner of the screen when you press FN + F2, or in Control Panel - Power Options - Power Meter, the battery shows only 99%. RESOLUTION: Update the BIOS to revision 50.01.03 or later from the Gateway Web site. |
