Windows 2003 Server Puts the 6400 or 7400 Server Into Sleep Mode But It Does Not Come Out

ISSUE: Microsoft® Windows® 2003 Server automatically suspends system activity on the 6400 or 7400 server, but movement of the mouse or keyboard does not bring the system out of the suspended state.

RESOLUTION: In Device Manager, set the Computer Type to MPS Multiprocessor PC, and then restart the computer. While restarting, enter the BIOS Setup Utility, and then change to ACPI Aware OS = NO.
