Error Message When Using Pinnacle Expression Software and a DVD-R/RW Drive

ISSUE: When attempting to run Pinnacle Expressions on a computer with HyperThreading CPUs, the following error message displays:

"Pinnacle Express program file has encountered a problem and needs to close."

RESOLUTION: Download and install the Pinnacle Expression 2.2.1.2 patch from the Pinnacle Web site.
