No Audio Through Internal Speakers After Unplugging Headphones from Gateway M675 Notebook

ISSUE: When you unplug the headphones from the Gateway M675 notebook computer, you may not have sound through the internal speakers.

This issue only affects internal speakers. If the headset is connected again, sound is heard through the headset. If the computer is restarted without the headset connected, the internal speakers work properly.

RESOLUTION: Download and install audio driver version 6.14.1.4175 or later from the Gateway Web site. This driver is also available on Restoration CD version 1.2 and later.
