Creative Play Center does Not Recognize Audio CDs Consistently

ISSUE: The Sound Blaster Live! Value Creative Play Center does not recognize an audio CD consistently when inserted in the Toshiba 12X/40X DVD drive. Windows CD Player and Windows Media Player recognize the audio CD correctly.

RESOLUTION: Use Windows CD Player or Windows Media Player.
