Unable to Plug in DVI Digital (DVI-D) Connector

Solution A: If the monitor has a VGA connector, use it instead.

This is the bracket of the 64MB NVIDIA GeForce2 MX400 AGP video card. The bracket connections are:
- DVI digital (DVI-D) connector conforming to the DVI 1.0 standard.
- S-Video output for connecting a TV with S-Video using an optional adapter or dongle.
- Standard 15-pin D-shell female VGA port for connecting a standard monitor.

Solution B: Use the following steps.
- Shut down Microsoft® Windows®, and then turn off the computer.
- Remove the thumb-screw from the card retention cover.
- Connect the DVI digital (DVI-D) connector and screw it down.
- Make sure that the video card is still properly seated by pushing down on the card.
- Reinstall the thumb-screw into the card retention cover.
