Unable to Plug in RGB/VGA 15-Pin D-Shell Plug

ISSUE: When trying to plug in the RGB/VGA 15-pin D-shell monitor plug, the card retention cover for the St. Francis case is in the way.

RESOLUTION:

Solution A: If the monitor has a DVI connector, use it instead.

Solution B: Use the following steps.

  1. Shut down Microsoft® Windows®, and then turn off the computer.

  2. Remove the thumb-screw from the card retention cover.

  3. Connect the RGB/VGA 15-pin D-shell plug and screw it down.

  4. Make sure that the video card is still properly seated by pushing down on the card.

  5. Reinstall the thumb-screw into the card retention cover.
