No Video While Playing DVD on Extended Monitor

ISSUE: When trying to watch a DVD movie on the extended desktop, audio may play but there is no video. This issue only occurs if you are playing a DVD movie, and then drag the movie over to the extended desktop.

This issue has been known to occur with 400VTX and M350WVN notebooks.

RESOLUTION: Start the DVD after you drag the DVD application to the extended desktop.

Windows® Media Player does not perform video overlays in extended mode, so it does not work on the extended desktop.
