Output To Option in Intel Extreme Graphics Icon Is Intermittently Unavailable

ISSUE: When using the Intel Extreme Graphics icon on the taskbar, the Output To option is intermittently missing. If you right-click the desktop and use Windows Display Properties to make changes, the Output To option returns.

This issue has been known to occur with 400VTX and M350WVN notebooks.

RESOLUTION: Use Windows Display Properties to set up an external monitor.
