On Track is approved by IBM as a source for this operation. On Track will perform the operation, then place a sticker on the hard disk to inform IBM and Gateway that the operation has taken place by an approved vendor. If this company does the work and identifies the hard disk, by way of the sticker, warranties will not be voided upon their return to Gateway.
