If your product is already registered when you contact Gateway with questions, we can assist you even faster, saving time in the long run.
If I registered my Microsoft Vista operating system, do I need to register again with Gateway?
Yes. You still need to register your new Gateway product. Registering your new Gateway product is not the same as your registration with Microsoft when you first started up your new system.
If I register my new Gateway product, will I get more junk mail?
No, you are in control. With product registration, you'll get updates on Gateway products, services, and promotions, if you wish to receive them.
Is registering fast and easy?
Yes. Registering your Gateway product only takes a few minutes and it's easy.
Does Gateway keep my information private?
Yes. Gateway respects your privacy, and we hold your detailed customer information in confidence. Gateway's Privacy Policy applies to information held by Gateway and its affiliated brands. Read the Gateway Privacy Policy for more details.
