How do I get a copy of my order invoice?

A purchase receipt or invoice will follow the shipment of your order in 15 days. Before requesting a reprint of a purchase receipt or invoice, please allow 15 days to elapse to account for mail time. All other payment methods will receive a purchase receipt or an invoice.

You may request a reprint of your invoice at any time within 12 months of your purchase. Invoice reprints will be mailed through US mail and may take 10-14 business days to receive. Invoice reprint requests with purchase dates past the first 12 months will require a charge of $15 per invoice reprint and are available for consumer customers only. Requests made after the 12 month period can only be processed for the following reasons:

• Insurance (in the event of fire, theft, etc.)
• Tax audits
• Validation of external peripheral warranty (printer, camera, scanner, etc.)
