Q: Why are the eject buttons on the top of the case not working?

Some Gateway DX4300 series desktops may have their eject buttons on the top of the case stop functioning after installing Windows 7.

Whenever a clean installation of Windows 7 is performed on the computer, the Photo Frame application which is required to operate the eject buttons on the top of the case is removed. To resolve the problem, please download and install the Photoframe application.

Note: The eject buttons located to the right of the drives will still function without the use of the Photo Frame software.
